Lash Boss University was founded to elevate lash education in Texas. After years of retraining artists in her salon, our founder, Shelby, recognized that the gap started at the beauty school level. She combined her award-winning training methods with the state’s curriculum to create an advanced program designed to take students from beginners to skilled lash professionals in just two months.
Since its launch nearly three years ago, LBU has trained hundreds of lash artists across Texas. Our program blends advanced lash artistry, science, and business strategies to give students a strong foundation for success. We are committed to helping graduates enter the lash industry with confidence—and time and time again, our results speak for themselves.

At LBU, we understand that balancing education with a full-time job or family responsibilities requires flexibility. That’s why we offer both 8-week and 16-week programs, allowing you to choose the schedule that works best for you.
Complete the program in 8 or 16 weeks
We provide thorough preparation for both your written and practical exams, which can be taken online or at a state testing center. Our students consistently achieve top scores, with most missing no more than 1-2 points.
